Founder / Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Lili Sanchez-Cordova believes that true growth and personal alignment do not happen by solely focusing on cognitive processing; lasting transformation requires engaging the whole person. With over a decade of clinical experience, her approach continues to evolve and is deeply focused on providing care for the person as a whole, honoring the intricate connection between the mind, body, emotions, and and individual’s unique lived experiences. Dr. Sanchez-Cordova will work at a pace that feels collaborative and supportive, tailoring therapy to what you need and what you are looking to achieve
