Dr. Lili Sanchez-Cordova

Dr. Lili Sanchez-Cordova is a duly licensed clinical psychologist with a multifaceted approach to therapy. Specializing in individual psychotherapy for adults facing challenges in coping with anxiety, depression, personal transitions, and life stressors, Dr. Sanchez-Cordova earned her Master of Arts Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University. She furthered her education with a Doctorate of Psychology Degree and an additional Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology-Alliant International University.

Her professional journey has included extensive experience in private practice, outpatient and inpatient settings, and long-term skilled nursing facilities. Dr. Sanchez-Cordova provides therapeutic services in both English and Spanish, underscoring her commitment to reaching diverse populations.

Approaching her work with compassion and empathy, Dr. Sanchez-Cordova tailors treatments to meet the unique needs of her clients. Her eclectic and collaborative approach incorporates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Interventions.

Beyond traditional therapy, Dr. Sanchez-Cordova is dedicated to assisting clients on their journey. Her goal is to help them find solutions, achieve balance, cultivate happiness, and reach their full potential. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, addressing a spectrum of challenges, from anxiety and depression to life transitions and daily stress.

Throughout her career, Dr. Sanchez-Cordova has contributed her skills to various esteemed institutions, including the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Center, Prototypes-ICAN, The Children's Institute, Gateways Inpatient Mental Health Hospital, and the Thriving Center of Psychology.

Sabrina Sanchez

Director of Practice Operations

Sabrina Sanchez is dedicated to creating a seamless, welcoming experience for every client who connects with Hear and Now. As Director of Practice Operations, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice while ensuring that every interaction reflects the compassion, professionalism, and personalized care that define our mission.

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Sociology (Applied Sociology: Business & Human Services) and Spanish Studies, along with a minor in International Studies from Santa Clara University.

With a diverse professional background spanning healthcare, education, business operations, customer experience, insurance, and entrepreneurship, Sabrina brings a unique combination of organizational leadership and genuine compassion to the practice. She believes that every client deserves to feel heard, supported, and cared for from their very first interaction.

While our clinicians focus on providing exceptional therapeutic care, Sabrina works behind the scenes to ensure the practice operates efficiently, communication is clear, and each client feels welcomed and supported throughout their journey.
